• Collaborate with product owners and analysts to translate use cases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex applications built on ASP.NET MVC and Core.
• Lead planning: milestones, effort estimates, and hybrid team execution.
• Drive design and implementation of secure scalable web APIs for payer integrations.
• Manage code development in VB.NET and C#; enforce conventions and reuse.
• Coordinate with product owners and analysts to translate domain use cases into designs.
• Provide hands-on guidance on deployment patterns, error handling, logging, and configuration.
• Promote secure coding, encryption, and access control across ASP.NET components.
• Facilitate technical reviews of controllers, data access, and services.
• Guide modernization of legacy apps to modular, cloud-friendly architectures.
• Introduce automated testing to minimize defects and stabilize releases.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and analytics to demonstrate business value.
• Mentor engineers on hybrid work practices and documentation standards.
• Promote data-driven decisions using metrics and deployment health indicators.
