Job summary

RADcube seeks an experienced INDOT Senior .NET Application & Accessibility Consultant for a remote role with occasional on-site days in Indiana. You will lead ADA/WCAG audits, remediation, and accessible PDF generation within .NET workflows, leveraging Claude AI and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery.

You must be located in Indiana or willing to travel for initial setup and meetings; strong expertise in .NET and accessibility standards is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in .NET Core/.NET development.
• 8+ years in ASP.NET Core (MVC/Razor/Web API) and C# enterprise patterns.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, WAI-ARIA, and ADA 508 compliance.
• Experience generating accessible PDFs with .NET PDF libraries.
• Experience testing with NVDA, WAVE, Claude AI.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud Copilot and Anthropic Claude.
• CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines.

Responsibilities

• ADA Compliance & Web Accessibility audits and remediation to meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508.
• Accessible PDF generation: build compliant, tagged PDFs within .NET workflows.
• AI-assisted engineering using enterprise AI tools to accelerate auditing, refactoring, documentation and tests.
