Qualifications

• 7+ years in .NET Core/.NET development.
• 8+ years in ASP.NET Core (MVC/Razor/Web API) and C# enterprise patterns.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, WAI-ARIA, and ADA 508 compliance.
• Experience generating accessible PDFs with .NET PDF libraries.
• Experience testing with NVDA, WAVE, Claude AI.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud Copilot and Anthropic Claude.
• CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines.

Responsibilities

A selected candidate is expected to work onsite for a few days at the start of the engagement to obtain/setup equipment and meet team members before beginning remote work.

The selected candidate must be comfortable visiting the office for meetings, if requested.

Required / Desired Skills

• .NET Core / .NET - Required – 7 Years
• ASP.NET Core (MVC/Razor/Web API), and C# enterprise patterns - Required – 8 Years

In this role, the candidate will perform ADA scan to application code, plan and apply fixes to legacy .NET web applications ensuring strict adherence to WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and ADA Section 508 standards.

Key Responsibilities

• ADA Compliance & Web Accessibility (WCAG): Conduct comprehensive audits (using screen readers such as NVDA/WAVE alongside Claud.ai automated scans) and lead remediation efforts to ensure all web interfaces meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA and Section 508 requirements.
• Accessible PDF Generation: Conduct comprehensive audits of the legacy PDF reports code and build fully compliant, dynamic PDF reporting modules (tagged PDFs, reading orders, structural elements) directly within .NET workflows.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Leverage enterprise AI tools—including GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) Copilot and Anthropic Claude—to accelerate code accessibility auditing, refactoring, documentation, and test generation.
