Job summary

Stellar Professionals LLC seeks a Senior Consultant to lead modernization of legacy C#/.NET applications and modern front-end interfaces. You will ensure WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508 compliance, and convert legacy reporting to accessible, tagged PDFs within .NET.

The role leverages AI tooling (GitHub Copilot, Claude AI) to accelerate refactoring, auditing, and test generation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core (MVC/Razor/Web API).
• Strong front-end skills: JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS (Flexbox/Grid/SCSS).
• Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Experience generating tagged PDFs with proper reading order, alt text and structure in .NET.
• Experience with accessibility testing tools (NVDA, WAVE) and automated checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of legacy C#/.NET applications and front-end interfaces.
• Audit and fix accessibility across apps to meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508.
• Convert legacy report engines to accessible, dynamic, tagged PDFs within .NET.
