Job summary

DreamFields, a bold cannabis lifestyle brand, seeks a Senior National Director, Category Management to own category strategy, P&L performance, and cross-functional execution across the US and Canada. Qualifications

• Demonstrated ownership of a large-scale product or category P&L with accountability for revenue growth, margin, pricing and investments.
• Deep experience in category management, portfolio strategy, product lifecycle, and launch planning in regulated consumer industries.
• Experience designing and improving commercial operating cadences and IBP/S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and defend the category's financial performance against plan (revenue, gross margin, net price, trade spend).
• Lead quarterly portfolio and business reviews with executive leadership.
• Serve as accountable owner for category recommendations and align input from cross-functional teams.
