Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Senior National Director of Category Management to drive category strategy and P&L performance across states and products. You will lead cross-functional teams with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize portfolio and pricing while delivering profitable growth.

You will partner with Product Development and Revenue Growth Management to shape category planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives with measured outcomes and clear accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 10+ years in Category/Brand Management or related commercial leadership roles.
• Experience with cross-functional planning and P&L ownership.
• Industry experience in cannabis or highly regulated consumer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and defend category financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, price, and trade spend.
• Lead monthly planning, forecasting, and sign-off on category forecasts.
• Present official category forecasts used by leadership for business planning.
• Drive growth plans with measurable opportunities, owners, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Development.
