Pulse Labs AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mixed-Methods Researcher to lead high-impact research initiatives and serve as a strategic partner to clients.

You will architect and execute comprehensive quantitative and qualitative studies, including surveys, diaries, usability testing, and longitudinal panels, translating data into clear narratives. You will guide multi-track projects, mentor junior researchers, and present findings to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mixed-methods research experience leading end-to-end quantitative and qualitative investigations.
• Experience guiding research across UX, behavioral, and human-centered design frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and translate findings for senior stakeholders.
• Strong data integrity and analytical reasoning across multimodal datasets.
• Fluent in English and able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with enterprise clients to scope, design, and align research plans with business goals and timelines.
• Lead end-to-end mixed-methods research using surveys, usability methods, and diaries.
• Own planning, execution, and delivery of fast-paced, multi-track studies with cross-team collaboration.
• Synthesize multimodal data (video, transcripts, surveys) into actionable insights.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior researchers to uphold analytical rigor.
• Drive continuous improvement of research workflows and processes.
