Job summary

Insight is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Microsoft security and governance engagements. You will design, implement, and optimize security postures across Microsoft 365, Purview, Entra, Defender, and related cloud solutions.

You’ll deliver presales support, architecture recommendations, and complex deployments while mentoring others. With 7+ years in security delivery and 5+ years in client-facing consulting, you’ll influence governance, data protection, and Zero Trust strategies across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Microsoft 365 and cloud security delivery and design architecture.
• 5+ years of technical consulting in a customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of identity, access management, and Zero Trust.
• Certifications such as SC-100/SC-200/SC-300/SC-400 or equivalents preferred.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google cloud providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end projects in Microsoft security and governance space.
• Provide technical leadership in complex cloud and on-prem environments.
• Support pre-sales activities with design recommendations and roadmaps.
• Design information protection, data lifecycle, retention aligned to compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, partners, and customers for a smooth project experience.
• Mentor other SMEs in Microsoft security and governance topics.
• Contribute to advanced staging, secure deployment, and vendor compliance.
