KData Inc. is seeking a Senior Metrics Design & Reporting Specialist – Splunk to support a leading financial institution. This is a remote position.

You will architect end-to-end IT, security, and compliance metrics, build dashboards in Splunk and Tableau, and transform complex datasets into clear, executive-ready narratives for leadership and audit teams. Responsibilities include metrics framework design, data pipelines, data modeling, and stakeholder communication to map controls to regulatory

Qualifications

• Advanced SPL knowledge for dashboards and reporting.
• Proficient coding in Python/Scala/Java with production-grade quality.
• Experience with enterprise visualization tools and data dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Architect and implement end-to-end IT, security, and compliance metrics across enterprise systems.
• Build dashboards and reports in Splunk and Tableau to turn datasets into clear narratives.
• Write clean, maintainable code and manage automated data pipelines with Airflow/Prefect.
• Model data and optimize SQL/NoSQL queries to extract insights.
• Translate technical concepts into executive-ready insights for leadership, audit, and compliance teams.
• Map technical controls to frameworks like NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls, CSA for risk management.
