Job summary

Bryan University is seeking a Sr. Paid Meta Ads Marketing Specialist to manage Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) and lead-gen goals for enrollment. This remote role supports Tempe operations and allows work-from-home from Arizona and other eligible states.

You will set up ads, manage audiences, monitor spend, report results, and collaborate with web and Salesforce teams to optimize performance. Requirements include 2+ years of Meta ads experience, proficiency in audience building and testing,

Qualifications

2+ years of related experience in running paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms, optimized for Lead events.
Meta certifications preferred.
Deep knowledge of bidding strategies and placements for Lead generation.
Experience creating and optimizing Meta audiences, including lookalike and customer lists.
Experience with ad testing strategies for continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment in education context.

Responsibilities

Setup paid Meta ads campaigns including Facebook and Instagram placements.
Manage audiences: custom, lookalike, interest-based, and remarketing.
Monitor daily leads, cost per lead, and ad spend; adjust to maximize leads.
Set and update monthly lead goals for campaigns and brands.
Provide weekly performance reporting with budget-to-actual analyses.
Implement strategies to maintain/improve campaign performance with BU team approval.
Collaborate with web and Salesforce teams on Meta and CRM integration.
