Job summary

Centerfield is seeking a Sr. Medicare Compliance Manager to lead compliance program administration and regulatory implementation across MA, Part D, and Medigap distribution channels.

You will bridge regulatory requirements with insurance technology, partnering with Compliance, Operations, and Tech teams to embed CMS rules into sales workflows and CRM platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a health/compliance/IT field and 5+ years in healthcare compliance, Medicare Advantage, regulatory operations, or tech deployment.
• Strong knowledge of CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines (MMG), TPMO regulations, telesales compliance, and health plan partner standards.
• Experience gathering business/technical requirements, supporting software deployments, and developing data dashboards and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technology, analytics, workflow automation and AI to strengthen compliance oversight and efficiency.
• Lead and manage core compliance program administration activities; direct investigations, CAPs, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and analyze dashboards, KPIs, and metrics for leadership to drive improvements.
• Coordinate federal (CMS) and state regulatory changes across sales, marketing, and operations; prepare documentation and training.
• Serve as primary compliance liaison between Operations, Sales, QA and Engineering to align projects with regulations.
