Job summary

Centerfield is seeking a Sr. Medicare Compliance Manager to lead the compliance program for MA, Part D, and Medigap distributions. You will partner with Compliance, Operations, and Technology to embed CMS rules and DOI guidelines into sales workflows, telesales, CRM platforms, and QA tools.

The role emphasizes data analytics, automation, and AI to improve oversight and agent efficiency. Hybrid position based in Playa Vista, CA with a focus on cross-functional governance, regulatory change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, Health Informatics, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare compliance, Medicare Advantage (Part C & D), regulatory operations, business systems, or technology implementation.
• Strong knowledge of CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines (MMG), TPMO regulations, telesales compliance, and health plan partner standards.
• Demonstrated experience gathering business/technical requirements, supporting software/system deployments, and developing data dashboards and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance program administration across MA, Part D, and Medigap distribution.
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Tech to embed CMS rules into sales workflows and CRMs.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to monitor risk and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate regulatory change management and training materials.
• Govern cross-functional projects and governance meetings.
