Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Medical Director to provide nationwide clinical supervision of Occupational Health Centers. This full-time 35-hour-per-week role runs Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits and a compensation range of $293,000–$313,000 annually.

You will lead medical providers, develop policies, coordinate with client operations, and drive quality, safety, and outcomes through data analysis and leadership.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in all applicable states.
• Current board certificate (ABMS, AMA or AOA).
• Federal DEA license.
• Minimum 5 years medical management/leadership.
• Minimum 7–10 years in Emergency care or occupational medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote clinical supervision of Occupational Health Centers nationwide.
• Develop policies, guidelines, and risk management strategies aligned with quality initiatives.
• Lead medical providers with performance development and training.
• Present medical data and serve as expert consultant in client meetings.
• Oversee program goals in collaboration with client operations and management.
