ConvaTec Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee Ostomy Care new product development and lifecycle management projects. You will drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial teams to meet scope, timing and budget.

With limited supervision, you will lead mid-to-high complexity projects, set realistic milestones, and help establish a high-performing team culture while ensuring IDEAL and Design Control compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering NPD in medical devices or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams to milestones.
• Excellent planning, documentation and risk mitigation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for project meetings.

Responsabilités

• Consistently manage high-priority projects to scope, time, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Ops and Commercial.
• Create detailed project plans and resource requirements.
• Establish effective communication plans and stakeholder management.
• Review schedules with senior management and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Design Control and IDEAL processes.
• Support PMO in developing project management tools and processes.
• Travel up to 15% for project meetings and workshops.
