The role requires 3–5+ years in a BA capacity, Medicaid/Medicare familiarity, strong analytical and documentation skills, and proficiency with Excel, basic SQL, and ALM. Remote options available for Contiguous US.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role; Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, basic SQL, and ALM for requirements management.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent written communication and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, document, and maintain business requirements, change requests, process flows, and operational documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with client technology goals.
• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, track milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and improvements.
• Communicate project status and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Medicaid financial processing, claims processing, reporting, and batch operations.
• Develop test scenarios, support testing activities, review results, and coordinate UAT through stakeholder approval.
• Support release planning, implementation validation, post-production monitoring, production issue analysis, and defect triage.
