Responsibilities

• Review claim assignments and determine insurance coverage.
• Interviews with claimants, clients, and stakeholders within set timeframes.
• Consults police reports and medical records to determine causation and damages.
• Reviews medical bills to ensure reasonableness and relation to injury.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and monitor litigation with attorneys.
