Qualifications

• 5-7 years prior experience handling professional liability/medical malpractice, auto/general liability claims.
• Active multi-state adjuster license required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to read and interpret legal and business documents.

Responsabilités

• Review and handle general commercial, professional and auto liability claims.
• Interview claimants and clients, document results, and determine liability.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and coordinate litigation with attorneys.
• Mentor junior staff and support client development and problem solving.
