• Experience with ANSYS/FEA and stress analysis.
• Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering analysis and design for purchasing and rebuilding of railcar systems.
• Develop and evaluate mechanical drawings.
• Develop maintenance instructions and test procedures for rail cars.
• Evaluate bid proposals for rolling stock components and services.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with senior management; ensure safety compliance.
