Job summary

Responsibilities

Own planning and cross-functional coordination for marketing programs from kickoff to launch.
Create operating cadences with leadership and track risks, dependencies, and milestones.
Define operating model and rituals to scale the team and its remit.
Align roadmaps and go-to-market plays across functions for measurable outcomes.
Monitor budget, resourcing, and approval workflows for program investments.
Lead co-marketing and cross-functional execution for partner- and customer-facing initiatives.
Produce decision-ready briefings, dashboards, and KPI reports for leadership.
Identify AI-powered tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
