This role reports to the VP of Marketing and drives strategic marketing intelligence, competitive insights, and growth initiatives to strengthen market positioning and inform go-to-market and sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate is analytical and proactive, with experience in logistics or route optimization preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, strategy, or a related field.
• Experience supporting B2B sales environments with complex deal cycles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to turn insight into action.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% for events, customer engagement, and market intelligence gathering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze competitors, market trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate market insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape go-to-market strategy and business priorities.
• Build and maintain a structured view of the competitive landscape.
• Develop high-impact sales enablement tools, including battlecards and positioning support.
• Monitor competitor activity and assess business implications.
• Partner with product marketing to refine differentiation, positioning, and messaging.
