Binance is seeking a Market Manipulation Risk Strategist to join the Risk Strategy team. You will design and refine detection models and surveillance rules across spot and derivatives trading to combat spoofing, wash trading, and cross-market manipulation.

You will partner with data scientists, Compliance, and product teams to translate microstructure insights into actionable controls, build behavioral profiles, and quantify risk impact for strategic decisions.

Formación

• Hands-on derivatives trading experience, with knowledge of futures, perpetuals, and options mechanics.
• Strong data analysis skills; SQL required, Python preferred; able to validate detection logic against order- and trade-level data.
• Experience collaborating across risk, compliance, product, or legal functions.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain risk strategies detecting manipulative and abusive trading behaviors across spot, perpetual futures, options, and other products.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into suspected manipulation rings: analyze order flow, self-match patterns, and cross-account linkages.
• Build behavioral profiles for manipulation typologies in low-liquidity and leveraged instruments.
• Quantify risk impact to support strategy prioritization and reporting.
• Partner with trading product, compliance, and other teams on surveillance rule design.
