Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing/operations.
- Proven track record of cost savings or efficiency improvements.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain.
- Leadership and communication skills, adept at managing remote teams.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and successful completion of manufacturing and operational improvement projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
- Identify and manage project risks to ensure continuity and minimal disruption.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.
- Monitor performance, track metrics, and report status to senior management.
