Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics & Workforce Management to be the analytical backbone of its Core Operations. You will drive data-driven decisions and optimize workforce performance for over 400 Patient Care Coordinators (PCC).

This role requires 7+ years in operations analytics and experience with tools like Genesys and ServiceNow. You will lead performance analytics, workforce planning, and reporting frameworks, ensuring high-quality support for patients across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations analytics, workforce management, or business operations.
• Proven success supporting large-scale, high-volume operations.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear business actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics and reporting engine for PCC Operations.
• Lead workforce planning and forecasting for Patient Care Coordinator operations.
• Drive accountability across teams through tracking and interpreting KPIs.
• Communicate trends, risks, and opportunities clearly to senior leadership.
