Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• 7+ years of applicable experience in strategic sourcing, professional services procurement, or related commercial roles.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating professional services and/or contingent labor agreements, including rate cards and SOW-based engagements.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills; ability to balance cost, quality, and flexibility.
• Ability to partner effectively with Corporate, Technology, HR, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability, including rate benchmarking and cost modeling.
• Working knowledge of procurement governance and labor-related risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own category strategies aligned to business objectives and operating priorities; integrate market intelligence into sourcing approaches.
• Lead sourcing events and contract negotiations for corporate services categories in partnership with Legal.
• Serve as the primary sourcing partner to Marketing, HR, Facilities, Operations; align on requirements and outcomes.
• Interpret financial analyses to drive sourcing decisions; validate savings logic and value realization reporting.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, contract standards, and risk requirements.
• Coach Analysts and contribute to capability building through process improvements and knowledge sharing.
