You will partner with Finance, Legal, Risk, and business teams to ensure governance, documentation, and compliant processes. The position is remote from a home office with occasional travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of analytics, procurement, sourcing, finance, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to structure analysis and communicate findings clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with data sets & dashboards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work well in a team.
• Professional communication skills and customer/stakeholder support orientation.
• Willingness to learn procurement policies, terms, and governance.

Aufgaben

• Build category strategy and market insight through analytics and supplier landscape understanding.
• Support sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) with bid comparisons, pricing summaries, and evaluation templates.
• Assist with contract negotiations through analysis, documentation, and coordination with Legal.
• Coordinate inputs across Finance, Legal, Risk, and Procurement Operations to support timelines and deliverables.
• Perform spend analysis, validate data, and build dashboards to track pipeline and outcomes.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and audit-ready records; identify and escalate risks.
