Docker is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing to lead Docker's global partner marketing function. You will shape strategy, set budgets, and drive cross‑geography campaigns that fuel partner-led growth.

You will own the partner portal, MDF program, and events, coordinating with alliances leaders to deliver measurable pipeline. This role requires executive communication and a global mindset to scale the ecosystem strategy across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing with a proven track record of building global programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Docker's global partner marketing function: strategy, budget, standards, and operating model.
• Build and maintain the annual Global Partner Marketing Plan with spend, targets, and activities.
• Serve as marketing counterpart to alliances leadership and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Translate partner program requirements into scalable campaigns and co-marketing motions with resourced calendars.
• Operationalize partner lead management and drive joint demand generation programs.
• Lead partner-facing communications and manage the Partner Portal governance and content.
• Own the global MDF program end to end and develop MDF-funded co-marketing plans.
• Set partner event strategy and execute with markets, ensuring follow-up to convert engagement into pipeline.
