• Expertise with program management tooling and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch plans for non-gameplay integration workstreams.
• Design and maintain program operating cadence with cross-team coordination.
• Develop executive dashboards and memos for clear visibility into health and risks.
• Build scalable processes and measurement frameworks across the Disney-Epic partnership.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and escalation paths; manage stakeholder channels.
