Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, strategic software development programs in a global tech org.
• Proven ability to facilitate effective communication across disparate teams.
• Expertise in Agile or Waterfall program management methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong planning, delivery, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation skills, and meeting facilitation with senior leadership.
• Experience in media technology environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and delivery of highly complex, strategically prioritized programs with cross-functional impact.
• Develop plans and timelines, accounting for dependencies.
• Ensure transparency of progress; drive risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Communicate status via presentations, dashboards, email to stakeholders and executives.
• Define roles and responsibilities; hold teams accountable for deliverables.
• Perform capacity planning for teams.
• Coordinate activities across multiple technology teams; collaborate with other TPMs and leads.
• Understand domain components, architectures, tools, and deployment practices; manage cross-system interactions.
• Track and report key program metrics; influence and align with product intake pipelines.
• Mentor other TPMs and elevate program management maturity across the organization.
