Job summary

Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager in Glendale/Santa Monica/New York area to drive complex, cross-functional programs across Disney’s streaming and media platforms. You will own end-to-end delivery, partner with engineering, product, and business leaders, and shape delivery models in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management in software industry.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs from scope to delivery.
• Experience across SDLC, release management, and governance.
• Collaboration with product and design to prioritize initiatives.
• Ability to identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate risks.
• Proactive, initiates conversations and guides others in process development.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
