Job summary

Allara is hiring a Senior Manager of Credentialing and Payer Operations in New York City. You will own the end-to-end credentialing and payer operational playbooks, partnering with Engineering and Product to automate processes and scale the function across national expansion.

You will lead a diverse team, manage vendor and payer relationships, and drive data-driven decisions to improve revenue cycle and provider data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in high-growth or high-complexity environments.
• You make complex things simple by finding underlying structure and building scalable systems.
• You build, not maintain — you fix inefficient processes and implement durable solutions.
• You lead people well with clear expectations, feedback, and delegation.
• AI is already in your toolkit and you use it to solve operational problems.
• You’re data-driven, starting the morning with numbers and dashboards.
• You communicate across the org to translate complexity for Engineering, Finance, and the C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Make the complex manageable by documenting repeatable payer-related processes.
• Lead and develop a mixed US-based and international team.
• Build scalable workflows, systems, and data structures for provider data management and credentialing.
• Use AI and automation to scale across the operation with Engineering and Product.
• Own vendor and payer relationships, ensuring SLAs are met and bottlenecks avoided.
• Collaborate with Growth, RCM, and Payer Strategy to surface root causes and fix them.
• Codify solutions by turning learnings into playbooks for the team.
