The role focuses on optimizing patient access, referral conversion, and service excellence, with a strong emphasis on leadership and strategic operations within a 100% remote California-based position.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of related operations management experience.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory access or related operation.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational leadership for Centralized Scheduling, Referral Intake, and Registration.
• Lead managers and supervisors in executing departmental priorities and streamlining workflows.
• Identify access improvement opportunities and implement sustainable operational solutions.
• Advance organizational goals related to patient access, referral conversion, schedule utilization, and service excellence.
