You will lead discovery, analyze current processes, document PRDs and user stories, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver measurable value. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Product Business Analyst in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management and workflows.
• Experience in process analysis, improvement, or operational analytics.
• Excellent data interpretation and actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Support AI-enabled revenue cycle solutions and prioritize use cases.
• Analyze performance data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional execution with leadership, operations, product, and engineering.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and clearly communicate recommendations.
• Troubleshoot issues with structured problem solving.
• Lead discovery with user interviews and process maps to translate workflows into AI solutions.
• Translate current state processes into build-ready documentation (PRDs, user stories, maps).
• Collaborate with product and engineering to refine backlog and ensure on-track delivery.
• Support change management, training, and adoption of solutions.
