The role emphasizes collaboration with product managers to streamline workflows and improve outcomes across healthcare providers. With 3-6+ years of production experience, you will work on AI-native systems, participate in A/B testing, and help scale for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience building and operating production systems in a software role.
• Experience owning features or services end-to-end in production.
• Ability to lead projects independently from design through deployment.
• Strong collaboration with product managers to translate user needs into solutions.
• Curiosity about applied AI and willingness to deepen expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, deploy, and operate frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems that power models and AI features.
• Run A/B tests and ship production features tied to real business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers and operators to automate workflows with AI-driven solutions.
• Work with AI/ML engineers to build AI-native systems combining deterministic logic, ML models and LLMs.
• Design secure, compliant, and scalable systems at scale.
