Job summary

Solenis LLC seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance, reliability, and asset-management functions at our Fort Scott site. You will drive strategy, mentor multi-disciplinary teams, and partner with Engineering, EHS, and Quality to maximize equipment uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of work experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, coatings, or regulated manufacturing with plant leadership.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary maintenance teams and PSM-regulated processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with RCA, RCM, and continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead maintenance and reliability teams across shifts.
• Develop and execute multi-year maintenance and reliability strategy.
• Oversee CMMS data integrity and maintenance planning/scheduling.
• Drive reliability improvements to optimize MTBF, MTTR and uptime.
• Ensure compliance with PSM, OSHA, EPA, NEC, NFPA, and related standards.
