Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, mathematics, or related field.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, valuation, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance, and valuation fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build robust valuation models.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and LBO analyses.
• Prepare valuation ranges, transaction scenarios, and pro forma impacts to support decisions.
• Coordinate with investment banks, attorneys, accounting and tax advisors, and other deal participants.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and materials for senior leadership and board review.
