Job summary

Jinko Solar Co. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Engineer in Jacksonville, FL to support warehouse operations in a solar manufacturing facility.

You will focus on inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, process improvements, and coordination with production and supply chain teams. Responsibilities include receiving, storage, movement, and shipment of materials; maintaining ERP/WMS records; performing cycle counts; and implementing improvements to safety, productivity, and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Zero to three years of experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain is preferred.
• Experience in solar, electronics, automotive, battery, or high-volume manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse activities comply with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate receiving, unloading, inspection, put-away, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP and WMS transactions.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Investigate inventory issues and support corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
