• 7+ years of progressive, hands-on SEO experience with demonstrated ownership of complex SEO initiatives.
• Advanced technical SEO expertise including structured data, website architecture, JavaScript rendering, crawl optimization, indexing.
• Strong ability to operate across multiple websites and drive organic growth across facilities and states.
• Experience managing SEO for large-scale sites with multi-location optimization.
• Proven track record in content strategy, keyword clustering, and internal linking frameworks.
• Familiarity with healthcare E-E-A-T principles and YMYL considerations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to diagnose complex SEO challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Semrush.
• Knowledge of AI search and emerging organic discovery technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities
