Responsibilities

• Process loan applications as assigned.
• Handle applicant calls with care and urgency.
• Review and validate documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Daily follow-up via phone and email for pending applications.
• Collaborate with Fraud, BPO, and Operations teams to align processes.
• Identify and propose solutions to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements with feedback and insights.
