Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on life insurance products and services.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and regulatory filings.
• Counsel on agent appointments, licensing, disclosures, and regulatory issues.
• Advise on regulatory changes and compliance implications.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to mitigate legal risks.
• Support group life and supplemental health insurance initiatives.
• Prepare regulatory responses and communications for regulators.
