You will collaborate with marketing and customer service, ensure timely issue resolution, and uphold high standards of compliance and operational excellence within a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years related working experience
• Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance, economics, etc
• At least 5 years working experience in clearing and settlement in exchange platforms, payment channels, commercial banks, etc
• Keen risk awareness and good risk identification ability
• Strong logical analysis, communication and expression skills
• Energetic, innovative, able to handle pressure, responsible and a team player
• Familiar with Internet Finance and traditional financial业务
• Experience in leading teams and completing projects independently

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the logic of system capital flow changes
• Connect access to each fiat channels, capital-related processes and launch tests
• Daily docking with customer service to deal with customer capital issues
• Handle various capital issues with timely and correct judgment and response
• Cooperate with distribution of marketing activities
• Guide daily work of subordinates on fund issues related to the system
