Synthires is seeking experienced lawyers to contribute legal expertise to projects that train next-generation AI systems. You’ll apply your knowledge of contracts, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing to improve AI-generated content. No prior AI experience is required.

You’ll collaborate remotely to review contracts, perform regulatory research across jurisdictions, draft and edit legal documents, and provide clear explanations that support AI training materials.

Formación

• Active law license or bar admission.
• At least 5 years of legal practice in contract law, compliance, or a related specialty.
• Strong expertise in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with attention to legal nuance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
• Experience working independently in a remote, project-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed contract reviews, identifying risks, ambiguities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Draft, edit, and evaluate legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Analyze regulatory compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop clear written explanations and rationales for legal positions.
• Collaborate remotely to explain complex legal concepts.
