You will manage integration, releases, and catalog architecture while aligning with broader federal modernization efforts. The role requires eight+ years in enterprise learning tech within regulated environments, a Bachelor's in a technical field, and strong focus on accessibility and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of technical experience supporting enterprise learning technologies or LMS in a Federal/regulatory environment.
• Deep knowledge of LMS architecture, interoperability standards, metadata taxonomy, and migration strategies.
• Experience with platform-agnostic modernization and ecosystem readiness reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical governance and oversight for FDA's enterprise LMS ecosystem.
• Lead integration planning, release management, and catalog architecture alignment with HHS/OPM modernization efforts.
• Ensure accessibility and compliance with Section 508, and standards like SCORM/xAPI.
