Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 8+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Extensive hands-on Kubernetes/Azure production experience.
• Experience leading incident management for multi-tenant environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for incidents across AKS and ARK.
• Lead investigation and resolution of issues across the Kubernetes stack and ARK CRDs.
• Drive root cause analysis for high-severity incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Manage incident communications with stakeholders and tenants.
