Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in knowledge management and content management.
• Experience building knowledge bases in SharePoint.
• Knowledge governance, lifecycle management, and approvals.
• Ability to translate complex policies into clear documentation.
• Strong writing, editing, and organization skills.
• Experience with taxonomies, metadata, and search optimization.
• Ability to work remotely and pass a federal background check.
• Experience with federal government programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Translate policies into user-friendly articles, SOPs, and FAQs.
• Establish document governance, ownership, and approval workflows.
• Identify outdated information and implement updates promptly.
• Manage content lifecycle, version control, and change tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality, Technology, and Implementation.
• Design templates and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with PII/PHI safeguards and federal requirements.
