Job summary

Birlasoft Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to oversee Java Web/Enterprise application development in a remote, permanent role. You will drive reliability, scalability, and performance across cloud environments while guiding architecture and delivery.

You will lead initiatives with a focus on automation, scaling, and CI/CD pipelines using CloudBees or Jenkins, perform POCs, and translate findings into enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with Java Web/Enterprise projects.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and relevant frameworks.
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud computing platforms; AWS Certification preferred.
• Experience with APM/observability tools such as NewRelic, Datadog, or Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and Gen AI tools like GHCP and AWS Bedrock.

Responsibilities

• Lead application development initiatives with a strong emphasis on automation, scaling, and reliability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as CloudBees or Jenkins.
• Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and translate findings to enterprise-scale applications.
