Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7 years of professional experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Development management or technical team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on Java development background.
• Backend services and API development experience.
• SQL/relational database experience.
• Experience leading enterprise software development teams.
• Proficiency in Agile software delivery and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers within the IT Applications Development team.
• Oversee development of backend Java services and APIs.
• Define priorities and drive delivery with architects and stakeholders.
• Manage recruitment and personnel actions.
