Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Inquiry to Order (ITO) Project Manager in the Advanced Nuclear segment to lead proposal planning, defining scope, schedule, and budgets with cross-functional teams. You will partner with the Commercial Operations Leader to translate requirements into executable project plans and ensure a realistic resourcing strategy is in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM with 5+ years of project management experience, or a HS diploma/GED with 10+ years of project experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, FOAK, complex programs in a technical environment.
• Domestic and international travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to define full project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy during the proposal phase.
• Identify resources and ensure plans align with capacity to support proposed work.
• Coordinate input from stakeholders to achieve consensus on scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing.
• Develop project schedules and cost estimates; ensure accurate cost drivers before proposal submission.
• Provide deliverables (scope, schedule, budget, risk logs) to support customer proposals.
