In this role, you will partner with the Commercial Operations Leader to translate commercial requirements into executable project plans. You will serve as the primary bridge between our commercial offerings and our internal execution capabilities, ensuring that every proposal is supported by a realistic resourcing strategy and clear cross-functional alignment.

  • Lessons Learned Integration:Actively pull relevant lessons learned from the internal database and incorporate them into new proposal planning. Provide feedback and project-level insights from active projects back into the database to drive continuous improvement.
  • Execution Continuity:Maintain "execution readiness" by occasionally supporting or managing OTR contracts and staying informed on project execution status; this ensures the ITO planning process remains grounded in real-world delivery performance.
  • Documentation & Governance:Develop and issue required proposal/project documentation; facilitate internal reviews to ensure conformance with contract requirements, GVH processes/procedures, and applicable nuclear laws and regulations.
