Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical or system specifications.
• Experience supporting system integrations, data flows, and application behavior.
• Experience in agile or hybrid delivery environments preferred.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis and translation of complex business and functional requirements into system requirements and technical specifications.
• Leads the creation and review of detailed technical specifications for cross-system solutions.
• Translates highly complex business needs into scalable system requirements and technical specifications.
• Defines processing logic, validations, and expected system behavior for enterprise use cases.
• Ensures requirements align with delivery needs and enterprise standards, with traceability.
• Defines interfaces, data structures, and data transformations.
• Analyzes data flows and dependencies across platforms.
• Documents non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, auditability).
• Advises on solution architecture and design decisions.
• Provides technical guidance to support backlog readiness and cross-team collaboration.
