Sedgwick, a global leader in risk and claims administration, seeks an IT Systems Analyst Advisor to translate complex business needs into scalable system requirements and technical specifications. In a telecommuting role, you will guide architecture decisions, define interfaces, data models, and ensure traceability across programs, working with Product, Engineering, and QA teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of experience are preferred; strong analytical and communication

• Ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical or system specifications.
• Experience supporting system integrations, data flows, and application behavior.

• Leads the analysis and translation of complex business and functional requirements into system requirements and technical specifications across multiple initiatives.
• Leads the creation and review of detailed technical specifications and tasks for cross-system solutions.
• Translates highly complex business needs into scalable system requirements and technical specifications.
• Defines processing logic, validations, exception handling, and expected system behavior for enterprise-level use cases.
• Ensures system requirements and technical specifications are complete and aligned with delivery needs.
• Defines, reviews, and provides guidance on system specifications, including data structures, interfaces, integrations, and data transformations.
• Analyzes enterprise-wide system impacts, dependencies, and data flows across platforms.
• Defines and documents non-functional system requirements, including security and performance, in partnership with Architecture and Engineering.
